I have been training for 24 years and it was all out of making myself and my parents proud. Fitness allowed for me as an Athlete, to improve and make sure my parents didn’t have to pay for my education. Fitness for me has opened doors that would never have been opened without it. I live by a saying: “Quiet knowledge is dead knowledge” and to me that means if you don’t share what you know, it’s basically dead. That motivates me to give back and teach as many people as possible, the knowledge I have been blessed with.
