Vitamin C – 90 mg

Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) – 1.2 mg
In general, the water-soluble B vitamins help convert food into energy and help the body cope with stress. Regarding hydration, the B vitamins help the body derail fatigue caused by dehydration. Individually, B2 is involved in energy production and cellular function⁽²⁾

Vitamin B6 – 5 mg
