EXPERIENCE
My name is Natalia Kuznetsova. I was born on 07/01/1991 in Chita. It is a small city in Siberia. In this city I lived until 18 years. studied at school and began to train. My workouts began when I was 14 years old.
At that time I weighed approx. 40 kg. I was a child with a passionate personality and was very enthusiastic about martial arts and powerlifting. I started going to the gym to gain a few extra pounds and get stronger.
I easily gained muscle and quickly became stronger. Only six months later I tried to participate in my first bodybuilding competitions, I was only 14 years old, and they didn’t even want to allow me to participate in it because I was very young. As a result, I won one of the prizes. when I was 16 and 17 years old I became an absolute bodybuilding champion of the region Zabaikalie, in the open age category. For the first time in such competitions won such a young participant. At the same time, I became the champion of the region in powerlifting.
In 2008, I moved to live in Moscow and began studying at the university at the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture, where I graduated in 2013. In Moscow, I continued my training and became the bodybuilding champion of Russia (junior).
