I GREW UP A CHUBBY KID THAT WAS KIND OF INTROVERTED
I got into fitness at the age of 12 years old, due to being picked on and teased because of my weight. I grew up a chubby kid that was kind of introverted. I started playing football to try and stay active at about 10 years old. My 7th-grade gym teacher asked if I planned to play football in high school. I told him, yes, and he got me in the weight room after school every day. This resulted in me massively increasing my strength and developing a passion for the weights and how lifting made me feel, both mentally & physically.
I try to imprint this to all of the personal training clients I work with. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be given the opportunity to positively impact someone's life through training. Seeing the mental and physical changes as my clients start feeling better about themselves, is a major driving force in why I chose to become a trainer. Being in top physical shape is what keeps me personally driven. I also enjoy learning what drives each of my clients and working that into our sessions. This usually pulls the maximum effort out of them and ensures their results.
