When’s The Best Time To Exercise?

No doubt one of the hardest things for many lifters is deciding when to work out. If you have a full-time job or school obligations, a family, or even a second job, time can be hard to find. In this article, we will look at all the possible times you could get in a workout, from very early to late, and help you find the answer to the question “When’s The Best Time To Exercise”?

Working Out In The Morning

There are different times of the morning to work out. Either first thing in the morning before you start your daily obligations or a few hours after you’ve had coffee and eaten a good breakfast. Part of the decision hinges on your goals and your available time.

If fat loss is high on your list, work out before you do anything, and don’t forget a 5% fat burner, such as Shred Time. Regardless of your goals, have some protein or All Day You May to start your day. Pick your favorite 5% pre-workout, such as Kill It RTD, and get in there and Kill It. Once you’re done, have a solid post-workout shake, like Real Carbs + Protein or Real Carbs and Shake Time.

What if you don’t have work or school obligations? You can take some time to enjoy a meal or two, then take your 5% pre-workout, and hit the gym perhaps mid-morning. You can then spend the rest of the day focused on recovery while going about your daily tasks.

Working Out In The Afternoon

This might mean working out on your lunch break. Or it could just be when you have the most available time. A major advantage of an afternoon workout is that you can eat several meals beforehand, setting you up for more training energy. Which 5% Nutrition supplements you use will depend on what time of the afternoon you work out. If you’re taking a stim-based Pre, you’ll want to train early. If you choose to use a stim-free pre-workout, such as Full As F*ck, you can train any time of the afternoon.

Working Out At Night

If you work or go to school all day, working out at night is the only option for many lifters. This has several benefits, including the ability to relieve stress, and the likeliness of more strength because you’ve (hopefully) eaten well all day. Additionally, your testosterone-to-cortisol ratio may be more favorable at night.(1)

5% Supplements You Should Use

Working out at night typically means a high-caffeine pre-workout is off the table. Your options will be a low-caffeine Pre, or most likely stim-free. Otherwise, you can still use products such as All Day You May, Crea-TEN, and your post-workout shake. From there, you may be using either a low to no stim fat loss product like Liquid L-Carnitine 3150 or a natural muscle builder such as Turkesterone 1200.

So When Is The Best Time To Work Out?

Ultimately, the best time to work out is when you have enough time. The key, whenever you train, is to make the most of your nutritional and supplement preparation and your workout. No matter when you train, 5% Nutrition is there with the supplements you need for optimal success.
