- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup maple syrup, sugar-free
- ¼ cup chopped dry roasted peanuts, unsalted

- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
- Squeeze Snack Time packets into a microwavable mixing bowl
- Add sugar-free maple syrup
- Whisk until well mixed
- Heat in microwave for 20 seconds and whisk until well mixed
- Heat another 20 seconds and whisk until well mixed
- Add rolled oats and chopped peanuts
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet (makes about 10)
- Slightly flatten using a spoon or your hand
- Put in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes or until instructions
