EXPERIENCE

As a child, I was always interested in anything athletic. After I was given a punching bag at 5 years old, I was involved in karate, soccer and softball. I ended up choosing to go to college on a soccer scholarship where I started accumulating injuries. The most serious being that I tore my right shoulder twice, and my right PCL twice. In order to avoid surgeries I started rehabilitating in the gym.

After a few years, I enlisted in the Air Force but I was medically discharged shortly after for a wear and tear injury in my hip. In an attempt to re-enlist, I dedicated my life even more to fitness. It was in the gym where I found the most driven and genuine people. Lifting evolved from physical therapy to mental therapy.

My passion for fitness grew into a addiction for leveling up. The beauty of fitness is you can always be better and do better. It doesn’t get easier, you get better. My desire is to be able to help people so when they look in the mirror, they love what they see, whatever that looks like for them. Everyone is different but it’s in our uniqueness that we find our strengths. No one gets to decide what cards they get dealt in life; the only decision you have is how you play your hand. Be the best version of yourself every day.
