Andrew Rose

I was born in 1988 in a small town in Oregon. I grew up playing sports year round and dreamed of being in the Army to fight for my country. In 2006, I pursued that dream and became an Infantryman in the US Army. Being an Infantryman means you need to be in top shape. So I started focusing a lot of time in the gym so I could be faster, stronger and bigger than other people. While being in the army, I have been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and am currently a Drill Sergeant.

My fitness dreams really took off when I was in Texas where I met a friend that competed. I prepped for my first show, and when I stepped on stage, I fell in love.  My goal is to obtain my pro card and compete on stage at Mr. Olympia. I spend a lot of my time trying to motivate people, whether it’s on social media or at my local gym. Being physically and mentally fit is important when striving for your goals, and I love to help give people knowledge on how to achieve those goals.
